Wait 'til the end to see what's so special about the orange I'm having with this meal. So cool!

I'm a fairly new convert (about a year) so I'm sharing what I've learned about things that I had questions about a couple years ago.

This ended up being 4 meals (yum!) ... and then I gave the leftovers to my dog. I normally put a big layer of torn up spinach on top of the mushroom layer. I was just too busy talking and forgot. I put everything into the casserole dish then pour in the eggs. The eggs just seep into all the nooks and crannies. It ends up being so yummy! You can use whatever veggies you want. I like to also include cherry tomatoes (whole) and even whole cloves of garlic. If it's not for a Friday, I might have a layer of ham or some crumbled bacon. I also prefer to use cheddar, but all I had was Swiss, and Swiss is actually quite nice with eggs. I don't eat bread any more, but you can tear up bread (especially leftover french bread or garlic bread) and put it in as a layer. If you do that, let the eggs soak in for about 10 minutes before you bake it. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-50 mins, depending on the size of the dish, especially how deep you make your casserole. (I used my air fryer at 330 degrees.) To test for doneness, just insert a knife and make sure it comes up dry.

By the way, I get Misfits Market produce delivered to my door each week. If you use my link, you'll get a discount ... and so will I, so thanks! https://www.misfitsmarket.com/....?promo=COOKWME-DK3TU I love the huge selection that they have! Not only produce, but pantry items, meats, deli, eggs, beverages (including wine), etc. Yeah, pretty much everything.

Info about nutritional yeast: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zOyEuQEvzrw&t=161s I use Bragg's and you can get it here: https://amzn.to/3x5loL7

Please remember that I'm not a great cook, a doctor, a nutritionist ... or anyone else who can give advice. Anything I share in here is simply what I'm doing. If you have any questions about Catholicism, let me know. I'd love to research them and do a video about it. It helps me learn more, which I really enjoy.

Love you all!

If you use my Amazon link, I might get a small referral fee. It doesn't cost you anything extra, but the little amounts add up for me and really help keep me "off the street and out of trouble." Same thing with the Misfits Market link which will give you and me both a benefit. Thanks for your support.
