You can make it in less than 5 minutes with 5 ingredients (8 oz coconut water, 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks, one handful of baby greens, 1 Tbsp chia seeds, 1 scoop Truvani vanilla protein powder, and ice cubes). Get creative with variations of the five ingredients for a variety of different flavors! This one is my favorite - piña colada 😋🥥🍍🥬
