Wisdom Healing Qigong with Master Mingtong Gu and the Chi Center. World TaiChi and Qigong Day 2017 was hosted at The Chi Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and was hosted and lead by Qigong Master Mingtong Gu!
On the last Saturday of April, each year at 10 am, tens of thousands of people, in hundreds of cities across more than 70 nations come together... to breathe together ... to provide a healing vision for our world.
The first World TaiChi & Qigong Day event was created in 1999 to educate the media, and public, about the vastly important emerging medical research on Tai Chi and Qigong. This important research demonstrates that regular practice benefits a host of maladies and health issues.

The ancient art of Qigong dates back more than 4,000 years, and for the vast majority of that time has remained secret. Qigong was traditionally practiced by dedicated individuals seeking to achieve greater potential; such as longevity, superior power, and control of mind and body. The New York Times documented this when it ran a story on Qigong master, Li Ching-Yuen, who lived to be 256 years old.
