As children we have no filter and absord everything in our envirnonment until we're 6 to 8 years old. You've picked up all the ways the adults in your life act and respond. You see when an adult says one thing and does another or how they guilt others into getting they're own way. These scripts are running in the background of your life. You have to decide what is yours, what you want to keep or discard.

Will be posting short article on this subject.

InThis Moment [Original Poem, Debby Waisner

Youare whole, enough, loved, perfect and worthy

But you don’t believe it

Recognize your blessings and gifts to receive

You’ve swallowed the poison thoughts of others

Been beaten down by bullies and babble

Refuse to wither from the assault

To find your bearings discover a sanctuary of solitude

Be still and silent

Breathe and stay quiet

Wait for all the chatter to dissipate

Listen to your heart beat

You’ve alive

In this moment you are whole, enough, loved, perfect and worthy

Allow others to be who they are and you do the same

Judge not for danger lies

Allow feelings, never deny, and then mosey on

Never resist no matter the issue, move through, on and upwards

You always have a choice

Make a decision

Make a plan

Fuel your dreams and vision with emotion

Watch for the explosion

Your inner world determines your outer world

Fix the inside and a new outside will be revealed

Master your thoughts

Conceive a plan or without fail fall under the veil of those that do

Dreams and visions take magical form

Believe, concentrate, and expect your dreams to come true

Thoughts transform from formless into form

Watch your dreams and visions expand and grow

Be kind, gracious, generous and open to receive

Forgive all for everything

Resist and a bond is formed

Let it go and away it floats in the gentle breeze of the day

You are whole, enough, loved, perfect and worthy.

Believe

Conceive

Concentrate

Expect

Support with knowing it will come

Don’t stress, worry or overdo action

As those are energies that stop you in your tracks

Find those thoughts and emotions that make you feel good

Life and the universe will reward you in kind

A list of things that I appreciate and grateful for in my life.

The ritual or practice of Appreciation and Gratitude can change your life. Focus on what's good and right instead of what's missing. Can't be appreciative and grateful and unhappy at the same time, two things can't occupy one space

Forgiveness is hard for many people. Here is a method,
procedure, or process to use.

This process can be done as 4 step or 5 step.
I do 5 step process when necessary.
Repeat the following:

I love you

I'm sorry

Please forgive me

Thank you

I love you

Buddha on Peace of Mind

Early in Buddha's travels he stopped and asked a follower to
get him some water. The follower went to get water, but it was turbid and
dirty. He didn't get the water and returned to Buddha. Buddha accepted that
answer, but 30 minutes later asked the same follower to try again. He did and
now found the water to be clear and brought water back to Buddha. You let the
water settle and can do the same thing for your mind.

Get outside.
Go for a walk.

Listen to the sounds of nature.
Observe the beauty all around.

I recorded a green orb over the past few months in several
different locations. I combined 3 short videos from my I-pad into a short video
taken in the forest. What is this green orb? Where is that blue-violet light
generated? I have more questions than answers.

Parable about grandfather speaking to grandson about which
wolf will win: the angry, vengeful, violent one or the loving and compassionate
one. Grandson asks which on will win. Grandfather: "the one I feed"

Socrates has three filters through which he takes
information and uses it. First, is it true. Second, is this good news. Third, is
this information useful to me. Why would you tell me something that's not true,
nor good or nor useful?

Why tell me at all?
